- **Disqualified as product NIC**: PTP-only RX timestamping (verified in upstream `wx_ptp.c` — `HWTSTAMP_FILTER_ALL` falls to -ERANGE), the same limitation as the 82599 with a younger driver.
- Flow-steering/counter parity unverified.
